I know what it feels like to be stuck in the endless cycle of dieting, losing a little weight, and gaining it right back. As an African American woman, I’ve also felt the pressure of balancing health with cultural traditions, busy schedules, and the stress of everyday life.
That’s why I became a Certified Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach after earning my degree in Health & Human Performance from North Carolina A&T State University.
