At Creative Yadley, we operate on a structured, high-accountability production schedule. To ensure every design and development sprint meets our standards for conversion architecture, visual craft, and code quality, we calculate turnaround times based on explicit operational criteria.

1. When Does the Turnaround Clock Begin?

A booking request is not the start of production. The turnaround clock officially begins when:

  1. Your booking is approved by our team.
  2. All required assets and copy materials are received and verified.
  3. Your scheduled start date has arrived.
The "Asset-Ready" Rule: Under our No Content = No Build policy, if asset links (Google Drive, Dropbox, Figma, or copy documents) are incomplete, password-restricted, or pending submission, the production clock remains paused until materials are verified.

2. Standard Turnaround Timelines by Service

Service Published Turnaround How It Is Calculated
Website Migrations Up to 72 business hours Full server migration, DNS verification, and post-migration SSL check.
Monthly Content Updates Up to 72 business hours Two batch intakes per week (Monday and Thursday sprints).
Custom Landing Page 7 business days Single high-converting landing page from wireframe to responsive code.
Custom Website 7 business days setup + 1 business day per page Base architectural setup (7 days) + dedicated design/build time per page.
Custom App Development Varies with Scope Scoped against explicit functional specifications and milestone sprints.

3. How Multi-Page Website Turnaround Is Calculated

Unlike generic templates that are cloned overnight, every Creative Yadley custom website is engineered from scratch for brand authority and conversion performance.

Turnaround Formula = 7 Business Days (Core Architecture Setup) + 1 Business Day Per Page

Practical Example (5-Page Custom Website):

  • Core Technical & Design System Setup: 7 business days
(Global typography, color tokens, responsive header/footer, mobile menu navigation, database setup, performance optimization)
  • Individual Page Design & Build (5 Pages): 5 business days
(Homepage, About, Services, Case Studies/Portfolio, Contact)
  • Quality Assurance & Cross-Browser Stabilization: 1 business day
  • Total Estimated Turnaround: 13 business days

(If extra pages are added during intake, each extra page adds +1 business day to the production timeline.)

4. The 72-Hour Operating Rhythm for Monthly Content Updates

To maintain clean turnaround times without chaotic ad-hoc interruptions, Monthly Content Updates run on two fixed weekly intake batches:

  • Thursday Intake Batch: Submissions commencing on Thursday are executed across Friday (24h), pause for the weekend, and finalize on Monday. Work delivered by Monday end-of-day.
  • Monday Intake Batch: Submissions commencing on Monday are executed across Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Work delivered by Wednesday end-of-day.

5. Business Days vs. Calendar Days

  • All turnaround estimates are calculated in Business Days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Weekends are reserved for server backups and system maintenance. If a project is active over a weekend, production pauses on Friday evening and resumes Monday morning.
  • When your project kick-off is confirmed, your exact expected delivery date is recorded in your project record in the Client Area.
