When you purchase a landing page, you can use it as a single page landing page maybe to collect emails for your email list or we can develop a sales funnel for you to sell a single product or service, for no extra charge.

Not all businesses need a full website.

Sometimes all you need is just a powerful landing page to maximize your online marketing efforts without the hassle of having several web pages.

Additionally, as a Ready-Made Website can be customized for you within a shorter time period, this makes it quick for you if you want to test the market with different ideas to see which one works until you figure out the best way for your business.

Our design team is small but very talented and we pride ourselves in doing 100% of the design work without the need to outsource or engage third parties. For this reason, please note that all support by our team during onboarding, design and management phase is strictly limited to the workspace, emails and support tickets.

We do not at this time have the human resources to accommodate requests for phone calls, zoom calls and meetings of any kind as this would require hiring more people and charging out clients more. The quality of our designs is proof that calls are not necessary for efficient design work. Any discussion, input, question or feedback should be in writing and accompanied by screenshots etc. This helps to avoid a ‘he said, she said’ scenario as well as give our whole team a reference point when we work on your design. We trust that you will help us maintain the integrity and quality of our designs and service by adhering to the proper communication channels at all times.

No, you are the master of your brand/business and it only makes sense if the content comes from you. After you have submitted your payment, we will guide you through how you can submit your content.

Upon purchase of the Ready-Made Website or Landing Page we will customize the website or landing page for you.

We can customize this design for you so that it looks and feels exactly like your brand style.

Customization is replacing the current text, images, and colors with your own content that you would have given us, we do this for FREE. The customization will be scheduled based on our calendar and availability. Wait time for customization ranges from 30 – 90+ days as we work on one design at a time, no rush jobs.

At the end of the customization phase we will provide you with a Quick Start booklet and important links to our knowledgebase where you can go through tutorials that will guide through making changes on the website or landing page on your own when you need to.

Please note, as each person`s learning speeds are different, we can not guarantee that you will completely understand all the tutorials. You will need to have at least a basic understanding of how to use a computer in order to get to grips with learning how to manage your website.

YES! We will gladly  customize your Ready-Made Website or Landing Page for you after purchase. So you don’t need any technical expertise, we’ve go you.

After submitting your payment, we expect you to provide us with all the text and high-resolution images that you want us to put on the website or landing page. If you have no images, don`t worry. You just need to tell us the type of images you would like and we will use high resolution royalty-free images for your Ready-Made Website or Landing Page .

After the design phase, you can opt to sign up for our Website Maintenance and Content Management service. Under this service we will offer you website maintenance and management for one whole year.

This option is available as you checkout your website or landing page.

Yes, you will have full access to the back-end and front end of your Ready-Made Website or Landing Page. After we are done with the customization of your Ready-Made Website or Landing Page, we will email you all the necessary login credentials i.e control panel and WordPress admin details.

At this point, you will be free to start familiarizing yourself with the Ready-Made Website or Landing Page as you please.

All our Ready-Made Websites or Landing Pages are built on WordPress. We researched the marketplace and found that WordPress offers amazing versatility in addition to great scalability.

There is no pressure to submit anything until you are sure of the direction you want to take.

A website is an investment and it is the face of your business so we understand it may take time to figure out the next step.

Businesses evolve and there are a lot of moving parts so take as much time as you need. There is no expiry date.

When you are ready you can submit the content, choose a date from our calendar based on our availabilty and we will take it from there.

It generally takes us 7 business days to complete customization of a Ready-Made Website and 3 business days for a Landing Page (72 hours). However, these are merely tentative timelines as some projects take longer or shorter than others depending on the features requested.

We will take as much time as necessary to give you a high – quality website and we will notify you via email when we are done.

Payment Questions

When you pay for a Landing Page or Ready Made Website the price includes everything to get you started:

The listed price DOES NOT INCLUDE the following:

E-Commerce Integration – If a store is not already included in the original Ready-Made Website or landing page design, an additional fee of $200 is required to add e-commerce capabilities. So if you want a website with a store, pick a ‘template’ that already includes a store.

Additional Pages – Maybe you purchase a one page or five page website and want an additional page? No problem. A small fee of $200 will apply for each additional custom page that you would like us to create for you.

Email Address – To create and host your professional email address e.g info@yourbusinessname.com a fee of only $40/year is required

We accept payments via PayPal and via all major cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover etc). Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We also accept payments via direct bank transfer. After submitting your order, you will be prompted to fill in your billing information and will be able to choose your credit card. It’s that simple!

We regret to inform you that all sales are final and we do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues with using any of our products or services. Should you decide to cancel your service with us, please be reminded once again that there are no returns or refunds applicable.

You can pay for your Pre-Made Website 100% upfront or you can pay in 4 equal instalments. These instalments should be completed prior to commencement of the design i.e during the content gathering phase.

 We prefer to get the invoicing and payment aspects of the process out of the way first so we can be able to concentrate on the design and development fully.

Domains, Emails & Hosting

You will get a 3Gb shared hosting plan plus a choice of a TLD domain like .com, org, .net, .co, .uk, .us, etc.

It is important for you to know that domains are highly competitive and your preferred domain may not always be available. For this reason, we recommend that you write at least 3 options that we can work with should the first domain be unavailable at this time. You can write your domain options during checkout.

We will POINT your domain to your new Ready-Made Website/Landing Page that you purchased from us. For this, we will need administrative access into the hosting account where the domain is hosted, e.g your GoDaddy account. Once we log in, we will setup your DNS records to point to your hosting account with us.

Sharing domain login details with us is safe and you can always change your password after we are done with the settings. Your domain remains in your name and you will have to settle all your domain recurring subscriptions with your current domain host.

Sure. For only $40 per year we can provide you with a professional email account such as info@yourdomain.com​. It takes us only 24 – 72  hours to set up this account for you.

You can add the email address option to your cart on checkout and you can add as many email addresses as you need.

Sorry, we will not set up the Ready-Made Website or Landing Page on your own server or 3rd party hosted server.

However, after we are done with the customization you are free to migrate the Ready-Made Website or Landing Page to your preferred host at your discretion.

Domain: For your domain to remain active, you are required to pay $40 per year for it`s renewal. This has to be done annually and the price is subject to change. However, the price is usually not more than $50. It is important for you to ensure that your domain is renewed annually before you are at risk of losing this valuable asset to someone else. This is an International requirement as regulated by ICANN – The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers. 

Website Hosting and Technical Support: After the expiry of your one year free hosting with us, feel free to look for an alternative hosting provider or renew your hosting with us for only $200/year. The choice is yours.

Our comprehensive Website Hosting and Technical Support service includes a year worth of hosting and technical support by our team whenever you need information on how to fix (DIY) any issues that may arise on your website. 

Post Launch Support

Upon purchase of a Ready Made Website you are eligible for FREE support. By support we mean whenever you get stuck with your website we will help you figure out how you can address this issue on your own. 

If you would rather we take care of your website issues as they arise for you, you can opt to sign up for our Website Maintenance and Content Management service. Under this service we will offer you website maintenance and management for one whole year.

This option is available as you checkout your website or landing page.

Website Maintenance and Content Management costs $1000 (for one whole year). that is less than $3 a day for peace of mind and all the website help you can ever need.

What is not covered by the Website Maintenance and Content Management is the introduction of NEW pages, plugins, and functionality + changing website colors and branding. This requires a separate quote.

As long as a page, plugin or feature is already on the website and only needs to be improved on, tweaked, or removed then it falls under Website Maintenance and Content Management.

It is not compulsory to pay for Website Maintenance and Content Management – this is a service you should invest in only if you appreciate its value to you and your business.

If you do not want to pay for Website Maintenance and Content Management that is fine. Upon purchase of your Ready-Made Website you have FREE support to help you find DIY solutions to any problems that may arise regarding your website.

Additionally we will provide you with a Quick Start booklet and important links to our knowledgebase where you can go through tutorials that will guide you.

The internet is also full of great resources that you can use to help you get the most out of your website at zero cost – you just need to be open to learning and improving your skillset.

One last thing, we always encourage our potential clients to read the fine print so we are all on the same page.

We don’t use techy jargon to confuse you, all the information we provide is clearly written so that we can work together in one accord.
